No- this is not how I dance. But after 4 months of recuperation I did go out dancing on Saturday night.
Three tandas – one with an unknown fellow. Brave man.
Two with old mates.
Three was enough. And today an hour-long dance session. It’s not the feet or the hip, it’s the stance. Shoulders. Lean. Central core. Axis.
Lovely to be back dancing. Just little bits.
